Certificate

Your Instructor/Distributor certificate remains valid for one year from the date of your Instructor Course graduation. Failure to engage in any activities during this period results in automatic expiration. To reactivate your status, you must review the Instructor Course.

Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not applicable after services are rendered.
In specific cases, a partial refund may be considered for termination requests made at least one day before a course/program's end, meeting specific conditions.
When services are not rendered, a refund can be requested for full course fees/deposits paid but not utilized.

UAP Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your application for UAP by submitting written and dated notice to SBMP SOLUTIONS SDN BHD prior to the program's commencement. A cancellation fee of $500 applies. Refunds will be processed within 2-4 weeks.

UAP No-show

No refund or credit will be granted for failing to attend the program without prior written approval, in case of UAP.

UAP Quality Assurance

A refund may be requested within the first two days of the Program, provided you attended at least two days, excluding pre-UAP training. Refunds will be issued within 2-4 weeks.

Guarantees

Any guarantees, warranties, or promises not explicitly stated in writing and incorporated into these Terms are not binding.

Dates and Times

Program dates, times, and structures may change with prior notice.

Personal Use and No Recording

Participating in the Program requires you to refrain from recording, reproducing, or distributing program content. Training materials are protected by copyright law.

Acknowledgment

By submitting the application form, you acknowledge understanding and agreement to these terms and conditions.

Complimentary Course Review

Graduates of the Insight course (Insight Course Only) are entitled to a free review of the full course for 12 months from graduation.
