EXCLUSIVE PACKAGE (EP) POLICY NOTE

Enrollment and Financial Commitment

​

Welcome to the transformative journey of SBMP's Exclusive Package (EP). By enrolling in this program, you're making a profound commitment to your growth and development. To accompany your enrollment, the course fee needs to be paid in its entirery. The course fee options are $30,000, $37,000, and $100,000, all exclusive of VAT. Additionally, payments must be made in USD or equivalent amounts in currencies other than dollars. This fee secures your position and grants you access to the program's benefits as detailed in this policy note.

Financial Commitment Fulfillment

​

Once you've received acceptance into the EP program, you're expected to fulfill your financial commitment. Failure to do so will result in your removal from the program. In such cases, the Company may assess the value of services provided and administrative fees incurred to determine if any refund is applicable. Payment terms are outlined within this document.

Inclusions and Validity

​

As an EP participant, you gain the privilege to partake in the four modules of the program. Your access is valid for one year from your enrollment date. Should you choose not to engage in any training modules or private sessions during this term, the Company is not obliged to repeat these opportunities after the validity period. The Company is also under no obligation to reimburse participation costs in any manner.

Exclusions and Responsibility

​

While the program offers a wealth of benefits, certain costs are the student's responsibility. This includes any costs related to the Internet, tools, equipment, program access, and similar expenses that may arise during the EP modules.

Extra Events and Exclusive Coaching

​

Occasionally, you may have the opportunity to participate in additional events, virtual sessions, and seminars. These events are separate from the EP program and are not included in the EP's scope. Participation is optional, and the Company reserves the right to announce, cancel, modify, or reschedule these events as deemed necessary.

Exclusive Coaching and Disclaimer

​

The coaching sessions offered by the Company and its Coaches are motivational in nature, focused on planning, self-improvement, and motivation. It's important to note that these sessions are not psychological counseling, relationship counseling, financial coaching, or therapy sessions. If you require professional counseling or therapy, it's your responsibility to seek the assistance of a licensed professional. Additionally, the Company does not provide guarantees concerning the outcomes of coaching or the program.

Cancellation

​

You may cancel this transaction / enrolment without penalty or obligation by submitting to the Company, a signed and dated written notice prior to midnight of the third day after the date module 1 application form was submitted. Cancellation after this time shall result in the forfeiture of all funds paid to the Company. The Company may also terminate the EP Program at any time during the term of the package at its sole discretion, should the Student conducts him/herself in any way inconsistent with the standards or purposes of the EP. If the Company elects to terminate the package, then the Company, at its sole discretion, may or may not choose to refund a pro rata portion of the Participation Fee, less the value of product received.


Indemnification and Disputes

By participating in any events or modules, you agree to indemnify the Company, its coaches, and representatives, along with affiliated companies, against any claims, expenses, costs, or charges that may arise. Should disputes occur, both parties commit to resolving them amicably. If not resolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Ownership and Usage of Materials

​

Materials presented by the Company during the program are protected property. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or duplicate these materials without prior written permission. You also agree not to use the materials for purposes other than personal use without permission.

Compliance and Agreement

​

By entering the EP program, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this document. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, superseding prior representations or agreements. Both parties may amend this agreement in writing.

Effective Implementation

​

These terms and conditions come into effect upon your first payment for the EP program, whether full or partial. Your commitment and compliance with these terms signify your dedication to your personal growth journey.
